Ulysse is a refreshing lightly sparkling brut cider with a shiny limpid aspect and yellow orange colour. The nose is fruity, the first mouth tangy and fruity. The finish brings out a hint of bitterness. Overall, pleasantly fresh.

ageing : product of organic farming. Fermentation in vats for 6 months.
Alcohol content : 5 % vol.
tasting suggestions : serve chilled, (between 10 and 12 C), as an aperitif, with a tomato starter or seafood.
Serving temperature : between 10 and 12°C.
